How do I select a font?

If you have a specific font in mind, you may enter it during the ordering process.


Can I use an existing font?

Sure. If your business currently uses a specific font, and you know the name, you may enter that font name when ordering your custom logo design.


Can I use an existing logo?

At this time, due to copyright and trademark issues, we cannot replicate existing logos.


Can you modify an existing logo?

At this time, due to copyright and trademark issues, we cannot modify existing logos.


How do I include additional information?

There are fields available during the ordering process for additional information.


Do I save if I order more?

Absolutely. If you order your custom designed logo, buttons and banner ads at one time you save money. (See our Bundle Discounts category.)


Do you carry promotional items?

We're glad that you asked. As a division of a personalized photo gift company, we have the capabilities to print your new logo on key chains, mouse pads, mugs, t-shirts, and more. (See our 'Promotional Items' category.)


How long does processing take on the promotional items?

Normally, processing takes as few as 2 weeks to as long as 6 weeks. This includes the 10 business days required to develop your logo.


Do you offer any Bundle discounts?

Certainly. If you order a combination of logos, buttons, banner ads and promotional items at the same time, you will save money. Please note that different Bundles are available to suit a variety of needs. (See our Bundle Discounts category.)
